The Board of Supervisors direct the Director of Fair and Fairground Events to standardize office and fiscal procedures in accordance with County practices. 1. Implement a formal complaint system to log complaints and their resolution 2. Implement a maintenance project log to track man hours and actual costs of projects and capital improvements 3. Implement a preventive maintenance system to document completion of seasonal maintenance and assist in scheduling of preventive maintenance items. Suggested implementation date: prior to the 2027 Plumas Sierra County Fair.
