A New Look for First 5

The jury examines First 5 Glenn’s leadership transition, financial controls, partnerships and outreach. Five findings and five recommendations address employee/partnership evaluations, commissioner-applicant notification, outreach and orientation materials. First 5 uses bare source labels 1–5 in each finding/recommendation column; these are preserved by item kind. The report requests the Director and Board of Commissioners respond to all items and the County Board to #3. Favorable financial forecasts and new practices are reported observations, not independently verified results or implementation of these recommendations.
