In the event the Agreement with Amador County is not rescinded, the County should ensure that all future review, inspection, and enforcement activities related to the project are conducted in accordance with standard County procedures, established regulatory requirements, and normal jurisdictional authority to preserve transparency, consistency, accountability, and public confidence in the permitting process.
