Recommendation R8
The TCTA Board of Directors should direct the Executive Director to establish a written “Transition Plan” to allow the agency to function efficiently when the current Executive Director leaves the position. This “Transition Plan” should include goals, objectives, policies, and procedures that will enhance agency operations and memorialize corporate knowledge.
