TCTA and the TCTA Board of Directors should institute a formal on-boarding procedure for new TCTA Board members that covers the history of the agency, TCTA differences with Tuolumne County Transportation Council and the Tuolumne County Transportation Council Board, functions of the Agency, contract specifics, and the role of both the board and TCTA Executive Director.
