Tuolumne County LAFCO commissioners and Tuolumne County leadership and staff should fully assist and expedite the proposed move from County-staff provided support to a contract with an outside agency or firm. Any support staffing continuing to remain provided by County-staff should be subject to a formal contract between LAFCO and Tuolumne County. (Findings 8, 6, 5.)
