The County Board of Supervisors direct County Personnel Department to update Tehama County Personnel Rule §1308 NEPOTISM in order to clarify the definition of a department head so that the definition includes elected officials and removes any ambiguity; and so the rule clearly states that Tehama County Personnel Rule §1308 NEPOTISM shall be the countywide standard for all departments. Completion date: November 2, 2026
