The PW managers withholding of information from the County Administrator and administrative staff, then presenting testimony contrary to that presented in the staff report at the April 22, 2025, Board of Supervisors meeting, clearly undermined the County Administrator and administrative staff and was disingenuous, unprofessional and insubordinate.
