Official response

Riverside County Board of Supervisors

Disagrees wholly with the asserted selective-enforcement inference.

Read official response · PDF page 9

Pages 9–10 distinguish case-specific severity, evidence, compliance history, resources and voluntary compliance from favoritism. The response describes Board-office communications as information or coordination, not enforcement overrides. It names no individual case or specific ordinance section establishing those outcomes.

This review evaluates the response document. Implementation claims have not been independently verified.
