The Board of Supervisors direct the Plumas County Department of Public Works/Roads to conduct a comprehensive review and reorganization of its website to improve public access and transparency by (1) consolidating road-related information into a clearly structured and centralized location, (2) implementing standardized posting practices that include consistent dates, status updates, and project completion information, and (3) establishing a regular review process to ensure that outdated or incomplete materials are updated or archived. Suggested completion date July 1, 2027.
