Even if Inyo County is not willing to participate with the regional dispatch approach, many of the concepts and procedures formulated in the Fire Engineering, 120-page, Regional Dispatch Feasibility Study and Implementation plan can be utilized in restructuring of the Mono County Dispatch Program.
