The Grand Jury recommends that the OPUD General Manager, by December 31, 2026, direct staff to review the OPUD website and clarify the district’s responsibilities and jurisdiction. Such clarification should include which services are not under OPUD jurisdiction but often assumed to be and provide contact information for the appropriate agency. Additionally, information on after-hours emergency services should be more clearly listed.
