County-Wide Awareness Campaign: Yolo County and the cities of Davis, Woodland, and West Sacramento should initiate awareness campaigns. These campaigns could include: a. press releases, b. articles in newsletters, c. presentations at regularly scheduled public gatherings, and d. social media.
