YCAS staff should implement the new Policy and Operations Manual, currently the manual preparation is in progress and expected for completion in Mid-April. As of May 12, 2026, it has yet to be released. YCAS staff should implement comprehensive training of staff and volunteers on the manual by November 30, 2026.
