Review of Responses to 2024–2025 TCGJ Report

The annual’s response-review section reproduces earlier-cycle letters on physical PDF pages 44–58 (printed 42–56). These include the Board’s September 23, 2025 responses concerning reentry staffing and county governance, the City of Red Bluff’s August 6, 2025 roadway response, the Sheriff’s September 9, 2025 response and County Counsel’s September 10, 2025 letter. Their original agreement statements, future plans and claimed implementation are preserved in the complete PDF, but they address 2024–2025 findings, not this cycle’s investigations. No prior-cycle item is relabeled as a current finding and no older promise is scored as a current-cycle response audit. Apparent date or receipt markings are retained without inferring submission timing, verification of implementation or a later superseding response. The section adds no new current-cycle formal findings or recommendations.
