By September 7, 2026, the City Council shall direct the City Manager's Office to prepare and present to the City Council for adoption, no later than October 5, 2026, a resolution to establish how and at what intervals the City Manager's Office will update the City Council on any Animal Services matters including bite reports, its oversight of any animal services contracts, and related citizen complaints.
