By September 7, 2026, the City Council shall direct the City Attorney to prepare and present, for City Council adoption, no later than October 5, 2026, a resolution establishing parameters and dollar thresholds for actions within the City Manager’s purview and specifying those requiring City Council action by resolution or ordinance in accordance with the Petaluma City Charter.
