2025-2026 Civil Grand Jury Discussion, Findings and Recommendations
SCC member communication through Social Media Platforms (SMPs) is an individual decision. However, comments made by Council members in any public forum or setting, including SMPs, are subject to City Council censure if those comments violate City Policies, Confidentiality Rules, or the City Code of Ethics.
