Recommendations — implement by May 4, 2027
Update the SJLAFCo Service Review Policy to include a requirement for an annual update of all districts regarding their status of MSR and SOI review and for planning for MSRs for all districts at least every five years unless explicitly determined not to be required or required at a different interval (F5).
