Recommendations — implement by May 4, 2027
Review and revise the SJLAFCo financial and accounting procedures to include a requirement for regular (e.g., annual or biannual) independent third-party audits of its financial statements. The revised procedures should include the best practices of other similar LAFCos (F1).
