Section G.2 — Passage of Proposition 36
Substance Use Disorder is a major problem for many unhoused persons. Availability of treatment and rehabilitation programs will be a key factor to making the provisions of Proposition 36 most effective. Fortunately, Proposition 1 has provided funding to build and staff additional treatment and rehabilitation facilities.
