Findings and Recommendations
The Grand Jury finds as of May 2026, the District has deferred the FY 2022-23, FY 2023-24 and FY 2024–25 audits, and will be deferring the FY 2025–26 audits, extending a pattern of delinquent financial reporting that began in FY 2020–21, which is a violation of state law. (R2)
