Teacher incentive commendation

The Grand Jury finds the District has created an incentive program for people who want to become credentialed teachers with a focus on people who already live in the community, in response to its immediate need to find and retain highly qualified teachers in several subject areas, including moderate-to severe-disability special education classes.
