Findings and Recommendations
The Sacramento Children’s Coalition, in its capacity as the Community Advisory Board, has not filed an annual report for 2023-2024, thereby, failing to provide the Board of Supervisors with independent and timely information on the operation of the Welcome Homes and the well-being of foster youth residing within them.
