The Foresthill Public Utility District Board of Directors will review the required response language in the California Penal Code and update the grand jury as to their responses by July 31, 2026, as to recommendations R1 through R5 and provide a timeframe for implementation of those recommendations in the report titled “Foresthill Public Utility District, Transparency and Governance” to comply with Penal Code section 933.05, subd. (b)(2).
