Recommendation R2
The mayor of the Town of Loomis will update the grand jury with target dates for the implementation of recommendations R1, R2, R4, R5, and R6 in the report titled “Conflict of Interest Code, Form 700, Ethics Training Compliance” by June 30, 2026, to comply with Penal Code section 933.05(b)(2).
