Continuity Compliance Report

The June 24, 2026 report reviews responses to four 2024–2025 reports concerning Family and Children’s Services, homelessness, Planning and Building Services, and the Willits workplace. Its tables explicitly paraphrase or abbreviate earlier recommendations and agency responses. The jury judges the responses generally compliant with response requirements except most Planning and Building responses, and describes improvements and continuing work in Family and Children’s Services. Those are the jury’s assessments, not independent findings of legal compliance, completed implementation or effectiveness. The narrative dates an FCS response July 8, 2026 despite the June 24 cover; that chronology discrepancy is retained rather than silently corrected or used to infer a deadline.
