An easily readable, standalone Vision Zero budget needs to be compiled from all items in the Mayor’s budget as well as other funding (such as the LAPD STEP grant). This budget spreadsheet should display the four components of the VZ program in the columns with agencies and line items in the rows. The rows for the LAPD TCD funds should have one line for funding from the Mayor’s budget, and one displaying grants.
