Official response

Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors (consolidated County departmental response)

County agrees security measures improved and cites funding acquired for cameras covering bin, cage, and vault areas, with work ongoing. It does not clearly explain which remaining security concern it disputes.

Explicit partial disagreement addresses improvements and remaining-area safeguards, but ongoing camera work leaves the disputed portion and reason for rejecting present concerns incomplete. Funding and work assertions lack an identified record. Report physical PDF page(s) 171; County response physical PDF page(s) 40.
