It is the Grand Jury’s opinion that an inordinate amount of time and resources are spent responding to resident complaints, many of which appear to be frivolous, and irrelevant. The Jury recommends that the District continue its diligent efforts to track, respond and resolve these complaints and post the progress and outcomes on its website to increase transparency and resident confidence.
