That all dog bites occurring within the County and the cities of Lakeport and Clearlake, including those documented by both hospitals and medical and veterinary practitioners, be recorded collaboratively by one centralized agency, preferably Lake County Animal Care & Control (Animal Control).(F-1, F-2, F-3, F-4, F-5, F-6, F-7)
