The Council implement a detailed plan to address the observations, comments, areas for improvement, and the internal control findings discussed in the October 15, 2025, audit report and October 21, 2025, Council meeting presentation by Richardson and Company, LLC, and provide quarterly status updates until completed, by December 31, 2026.
