Reviews the county jail, Konocti Conservation Camp and Mendocino County Juvenile Hall. Page 294 contains five facility findings and two recommendations on the roof and work access. Pages 291–293 also reproduce a school-related block with seven findings and seven recommendations; it is retained under an explicit separate section, not silently removed or represented as detention evidence. Numbering restarts at page 294, with unique section-specific identities. Inventory totals therefore include 12 findings and nine recommendations in this chapter.
